We stayed at this hotel beginning of August for our first time. The location of this hotel is amazing. Path to beach is right at this hotel. It is in perfect walking distance to the Pier and all its attractions. The room is perfectly spacious with a small fridge, two burner cooktop, toaster, microwave etc. Four BBQs are available for use in a quaint patio area on the ground floor. Our room was on the second floor and our view of the ocean was perfect. The maintenance staff at this hotel is top notch. Thursday night fireworks can be seen from our balcony without any hindrance. We highly recommend this hotel and should we return to Old Orchard this will definitely be our choice of hotel."

We stayed at The Gull Apartment 1 for a long weekend. The place was spotless! We were in a short walking distance to the beach plus had access to the several swimming pools but used the Gull Motel pool which was right across the street. Loved the little sunporch which we sat on every night to talk and watch all the people and cars passing by. We used the restaurant right across the street for breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Have to say that everyone from Check in/Check out to the man that help us with the TV were all very friendly and so willing to please. We would definitely go back here again!"

We enjoyed two nights at the Sea View! Staff were friendly and helpful from the time of reservation until the time we left. The location is ideal, a short 5 minute walk to the Pier, and just far enough to suit our families' tastes and preferences. Being on the beach, not having to cross the road with gear and kids was a bonus. Our room, a suite, was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Having the kitchenette allowed us to plan our meals, shaving expenses overall on our trip. Of course, we did get a great deal on the suite to begin with since it was a last minute reservation and vacancy. Would definitely stay again!!"

The Ocean House is a quaint and charming hotel right on Old Orchard Beach. I stayed here recently with my boyfriend and we both had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location since OOB is one of the best beaches in New England! We are looking forward to our next trip and stay at the Ocean House."
